Registration fees will apply in order to support the organisation of the conference and ensure its accessibility and quality. The indicative rates (final amounts to be confirmed) are as follows:

• €50 for PhD candidates and members of civil society organisations
• €100 for other academic participants
• €200 for practitioners

The registration fee covers access to all conference sessions, conference materials, and catering (coffee breaks and lunches).

We are committed to maintaining an inclusive and accessible event. Participants who are unable to cover the registration fees, due to the absence of institutional affiliation or for any other reason, are warmly encouraged to contact the organising team. Fee waivers or adjusted rates may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
